Mod Op Strategic Consulting designed a detailed agile plan, including regular scrum meetings, workstreams and a common planning tool.
THE IMPACT
The client adopted the plan. Executives, teams now work much more closely together. Product enhancements and new product launches now reach the market more quickly and with more cross – team input and buy – in. Mod Op Strategic Consulting continued to work with the client on other strategic improvements.
