Jennifer is Chief Operating Officer at dPrism, responsible for partnerships, ensuring successful delivery and performance across all client engagements as well as ongoing client growth and profitability and capacity management. She is also head of operational excellence and consulting services, inclusive of process optimization, growth strategy and operations. Jennifer is a trusted advisor to clients, working closely with clients to transform their businesses from ideation to market launch.

Jennifer has nearly 20 years of experience within various industries including wine & spirits, cloud computing security, media and entertainment and telecommunications. Jennifer is passionate about customer-centric product management and technology, physical / digital integration challenges, operations, process improvement and innovative marketing, emerging media and digital engagement strategies that build brands online and transform customer experience. Before joining dPrism, she was a Senior Vice President of Global Project & Vendor Services at VIACOMCBS, where she managed a global technology team responsible for PMO Governance & Delivery, Vendor Management Office, Communications, Enterprise Architecture, M&A and Transformation.

Jennifer holds a BA in Psychology and Business from the University of Windsor. In addition to being a recognized award-winning published author, Jennifer is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a Kaizen facilitator and is fluent in French. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, traveling and riding horses.
