Laura Shkembi

Laura is a Consultant at Mod Op Strategic Consulting, responsible for analyzing business and data to evaluate business processes, devising plans for process improvement, and implementing data analytics strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

Prior to joining Mod Op Strategic Consulting, Laura was an investment analyst at Aflac where she was in charge of evaluating and gathering data to develop actionable steps to enhance business processes and produce investment results. She was also previously a summer consultant at EY in the Tax Advisory department in Brussels. Laura is passionate about working with organizations to help them drive revenue, grow their businesses, and increase their customer base. She is driven to solve complex problems and challenges in this fast-changing technology landscape.

Laura holds an MBA in International Business and Supply Chain Management from Clayton State University. She is the Founder of Wafel Wagen, a Belgian Waffle trailer, sharing the Belgian culture with communities in Atlanta. Laura is fluent in French, Dutch, and Albanian and was a tri-sport college athlete. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, playing sports, traveling, and cooking with friends & family.
