Lauren Schmidt
Lauren, a seasoned market research expert with decades of experience, serves as Senior Director Market Research. She leads research projects from inception to completion including developing project architecture, designing effective data collection tools, and authoring insightful reports that deliver “Ah-ha” moments to clients. Her ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences ensures that insights are relatable and dynamic, maximizing their impact across various stakeholder groups.
As a skilled qualitative researcher, Lauren has led hundreds of focus groups and in-depth interviews. She is skilled in creating precise screeners and engaging discussion outlines that meet client objectives and keep things interesting for research respondents. Before joining Mod Op, Lauren held the position of Senior Director of Client Services for National Survey Research Center (NSRC), where she focused on Voice of the Customer studies across a range of industries including transportation, manufacturing and healthcare.
