Maggie is the Market Research Manager at Mod Op, bringing over 9 years of dedicated experience to her role. She leads the daily operations of the research team, ensuring efficient project execution and delivering actionable insights to drive informed business decisions.
With a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, Maggie manages outbound prospecting programs, including writing scripts, creating curated prospect lists, resource onboarding, and monthly reporting. She also heads up tradeshow outreach for internal clients and supports business development. Maggie’s expertise extends to various aspects of market research, including data analysis, trend identification, and client communication. She is certified in ZoomInfo and proficient in Mailshake, leveraging these tools to enhance the effectiveness of her team’s research efforts.
Prior to her current role, Maggie held positions as a Senior Researcher at Mod Op and the National Survey Research Center (NSRC), which was acquired by Mod Op in April 2022. This transition has given her valuable insights into navigating organizational changes and adapting research methodologies to meet evolving business needs.
Outside of work, Maggie is an active volunteer in her community. She enjoys a variety of creative pursuits and cherishes spending quality time with her family.
