Matt Loeb

Matt Loeb serves as an executive-in-residence providing strategic counsel to the CEO and Founder on emerging growth opportunities, business development, and nonprofit industry trends.

Matt is currently Founder and Principal of Optimal Performance Seekers. He is a certified leadership and organizational performance coach for executives, leadership teams, and boards. He is the former CEO of ISACA, the Biomedical Engineering Society, and SECURE. He previously served concurrently as Staff Executive of IEEE and Executive Director of the IEEE Foundation. Matt sits on several boards of public companies and nonprofit organizations. He is a certified board director (NACD.DC) and a certified association executive (CAE).

Matt earned his MBA from the Edinburgh Business School. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives, a Board Leadership Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors, and a Research Fellow of the MIT Center for Information Systems Research.

Outside of work Matt enjoys spending time with his family, travel, playing golf, and refereeing soccer.
