Monica Richter
Monica Richter is an Executive in Residence at Mod Op Strategic Consulting, a corporate and nonprofit Board Advisor, Trustee and transformation consultant. With over 25 years of leadership experience, she now specializes in advising on strategy, business pivots, data-driven growth, analytical excellence, and innovation via technology and collaboration. She thrives on change, learning, and inclusive leadership.
Previously, Monica was the Chief Data Officer at Dun & Bradstreet. Globally, she was responsible for optimizing core data processes with machine learning, RPA and AI, improving data quality via best practice governance, innovating to create new data capabilities, and leading editorial and economic research teams.
Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet, Monica led a global team for Standard & Poor’s (S&P) as Senior Vice President, Global Data Strategy & Operations. She was responsible for accelerating data strategy development and execution and improving data operations, metric-based quality, and governance. Monica lived in Europe for 18 years with a significant amount of that time spent as the Europe, Middle East and Africa Leader for S&P’s International Public Finance Practice.
Monica serves on the Advisory Board of PredictIntel and Data Insight as well as the Treasurer for the Board of Trustees for Global Health Corp and Pilobolus.
Monica holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Wellesley College and an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. Monica is an avid adventure traveler, skier, SCUBA diver, and loves spending time over a great meal with family and friends.
