Ulyana Auhustsinovich

Ulyana is Senior Vice President, Product and Program Management at Mod Op Strategic Consulting, responsible for business model design and innovation, product architecture and strategy, navigating transformation programs and supporting clients in optimizing their core and emerging businesses.

Ulyana has over 12 years of experience in the technology industry and is passionate about bringing teams to higher levels of performance and delivering noteworthy results. Prior to Mod Op Strategic Consulting, Ulyana was Senior Director of Enterprise Solutions at ViacomCBS, where she was responsible for Viacom and Paramount Content Supply Chain, Technical Operations and Global Infrastructure portfolios. She has also worked at Amplify as a Technical Project Manager and Agile Coach.

Ulyana attended Baruch College where she earned a B.B.A degree in Computer Information Systems. Ulyana is fluent in Russian, a homebrewer and a certified beer judge. She’s also the proud owner of a large board game collection.
