How our agile approach empowered the culture of a leading construction data firm
THE CHALLENGE
The client provides cost data, procurement workflow and other services to construction firms and public entities. Three different internal groups – Technology, Product and Data – were not coordinating with each other and had different priorities. Silos inhibited innovation, product launches and morale.

THE APPROACH
dPrism brought together the company’s top dozen executives for a workshop. dPrism proposed an agile team with continuous input from all key stakeholders. dPrism designed a detailed agile plan, including regular scrum meetings, workstreams and a common planning tool.
THE IMPACT
The client adopted the plan. Executives, teams now work much more closely together. Product enhancements and new product launches now reach the market more quickly and with more cross – team input and buy – in. dPrism continued to work with the client on other strategic improvements.

“dPrism taught us to be agile. We now are able to bring our products to market much faster and more effectively.”
